We look at a lot of brand accounts before a first call. The same five problems come up almost every time, and none of them are about the algorithm.
1. it looks like an advert
Polished, centred, lit like a catalogue. It signals "skip me" before a word is said. The content that performs on TikTok looks like it was made by a person, because it was.
2. nobody is in it
Faceless product footage is the fastest way to be forgotten. People follow people. If your account has no recurring face, every video has to reintroduce the brand from scratch.
3. posting is inconsistent
Four videos in a week, then nothing for a month. Consistency matters more than volume: a steady ten pieces a month will outperform a burst of thirty followed by silence.
the fix is a calendar, not motivation
Decide the volume you can genuinely sustain, then build the month around it. That is exactly why our packages are sold as a fixed number of pieces per month rather than an open-ended retainer.
4. captions are an afterthought
The caption is not a description of the video. It is the second hook, and often the thing that decides whether someone comments. Write it like you are talking to one person.
5. nobody replies
A comment section full of unanswered questions tells everyone else not to bother asking. Community management is unglamorous and it is the cheapest growth lever most brands are ignoring.
none of this is complicated
It is just relentless. Show a face, sound human, post steadily, write the caption properly, answer the comments. Do that for six months and you will be ahead of most of your competitors.
